Hi. I'm Andrea.

I'm the entire team at Creekside Collaborative. No account managers. No interns handling your site while I'm "in a meeting." Just me — answering your emails the same day, looking after your website like it matters. Because it does.

The short origin story

Ten years ago I started fixing WordPress sites because I'd built one for a nonprofit and needed to keep it alive.

People kept asking me to fix theirs too. Word got around — mostly some version of "email Andrea, she actually responds." A decade later, that's still the whole pitch. I answer. I fix it. I keep it running.

What I do now (and what I don't)

These days I do one thing, on purpose: I host and maintain WordPress sites for small businesses. Not because I can't do more, but because focus is how you get same-day responses and a site that never falls through the cracks. However your site comes to me, it ends up in the same good place:

  • Need a new site? I'll build it — and then keep running it.
  • Already on WordPress? I'll adopt it and move it onto my hosting.
  • Trapped on Wix? I'll get you out and rebuild it properly.

And a few things I happily don't do, just so we're clear:

  • Video production
  • Pretend to be an expert in things I'm not
  • Work with people who are unkind
  • Tolerate websites that autoplay music

The honest part

If you want a big agency with quarterly business reviews and a slide deck, that's not me. If you want someone who'll pretend everything's perfect and never admit when something's outside their wheelhouse — also not me.

But if you want same-day answers, plain English, fair pricing without agency markups, and someone who's seen enough in ten years to stay calm when your site isn't — then we'll get along just fine.

Why "Creekside"?

Because I work with a view of an actual creek. Because my best client relationships are a creative collaboration. And because after ten years, renaming everything sounds like a lot of work.

P.S. — No team page, no stock photos of people high-fiving in a glass office. There's no team and no glass office. Just me, my laptop, and a couple of unhelpful cats. At least you know exactly who you're working with.
