Northshore Veterinary Hospital Website
Northshore Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, AAHA-accredited animal hospital in Bellingham. They needed a website as warm and welcoming as their team — clear of the cold, clinical feel most veterinary sites fall into — with room to show off their staff, their facilities, and a deep library of pet-care resources. Creekside built the site and has hosted, maintained, and updated it ever since, so the clinic can focus on patients, not plugins.
About the Project
A veterinary website is never really "done" — services change, staff come and go, resources grow, notices go up. The real work is keeping all of it running and current, for years. For Northshore, that ongoing care is the point.
Handled, So the Clinic Never Has to Think About It
This is the heart of it. Daily backups, security and uptime monitoring, and WordPress updates tested before they go live — so an update never quietly breaks the site. When the clinic needs a new notice posted, a service page added, or staff changes made, it gets done. The front desk never has to become the web team.
One Person to Email, in Plain English
No tickets, no account managers, no jargon. When Northshore needs a change, they email one person and get a same-day answer, Monday through Friday, in language that makes sense. For a busy clinic, knowing exactly who's on the other end — and that it'll actually get handled — is the whole point.
A Warm, Welcoming Feel That Stays Current
I built the site to feel friendly and human rather than sterile, with plenty of room for staff, facilities, and an extensive resources section for pet owners. And because it's hosted and maintained by Creekside, it stays that way — the content grows and the site keeps working, without anyone at the clinic having to wrestle with it.
That's the idea: Northshore takes care of the animals, and Creekside takes care of their website.
