Need a New Website for your Organization?

It can be a tricky task to balance the needs of donors, patrons, and staff, while keeping costs under control. While every nonprofit website has different requirements, here are a few of the most common considerations I’ve come across when creating client sites.

Common Needs for Nonprofit Websites

  • Effectively communicate mission and impact
  • Showcase events
  • Engage donors
  • Sell tickets online
  • Easy class/event registration
  • Easy-to-update online calendars
  • Beautifully designed news updates
  • Easy staff maintenance
  • Look great on all devices
  • Analytics/SEO tools
  • Mailing list integrations
  • Social media integration/share points
  • Staff training

I Can Help!

Before starting Creekside, I had the experience of co-founding and working with my own nonprofit, so I have an inside understanding of all the complex (and sometimes conflicting) desires of stakeholders in an organization: donors, staff, patrons, volunteers. I’ve test-driven and implemented a lot of the popular plugins meant to help nonprofits, and am able to help clients sort through the pros and cons. I regularly maintain and update many clientssites, and serve as a resource well after the site is completed. For others, I offer easy-to-grasp video training that allows clients to do it all themselves.

Let’s talk about the possibility of working together on your website project! Just give me a call or fill out the form below.

“Andrea’s work is nothing short of first-rate! The Earshot Jazz website was terribly obsolete. We were looking for a designer to help us bring it into the 21st century, not only aesthetically but also interactively. Andrea brought great ideas to the table, while listening to what we were looking for and being receptive to our requests. We are a very hands-on organization, and she took the time to make sure we were on board every step of the way. Our new website, with Andrea’s work, is exactly what we were hoping for: user-friendly, comprehensive, responsive – and, it looks good! With her skill set, professionalism, understanding of her clients, and friendliness, Earshot highly recommends Andrea Gabriel as web designer.”
